Grady is a freelance director, choreographer, and educator whose work spans Broadway, off-Broadway, regional theatre, film, television, dance companies, cruise ships, circus, and higher education. Recognized by Dance Magazine for his exceptional versatility across styles and genres, he has built a career defined by dynamic storytelling and innovative movement.

As a performer, Grady appeared in five Broadway productions: Billy Elliot, South Pacific (2008 Revival), Honeymoon in Vegas, Wonderland, and The Pirate Queen. He also performed on the Tony Awards at Radio City Music Hall and in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, toured internationally with Fosse, and danced with the acclaimed dance company Pilobolus Dance Theatre. His screen credits include Forrest Gump and The Last Five Years.
